Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm, operated by the Tainan County Farmers'Association, is a recreational farm. The scenic spot and amusement ground have been awarded a mark certificate from the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communication. The farm is located in the central eastern part of Tainan County.
It is conveniently situated just right off the southern side of Peimen- Yuching east-west expressway (The provincial Road Route 84) near the township of Yuching.

   

The farm is surrounded from three sides by the Tzeng Wen Creek, the Wu Shan Hill, and the Mt. Ali range. It is reminiscent of Tao-Hua- Yuan (a fairyland or Shangri-La, according to Chinese legends).
Over 300 years ago, the farm was one of the residences of Hsilaya Ping-Pu tribe. Now, it is the sightseeing center of the six neighboring scenic spots: the Tzeng Wen Reservoir, the Wu Shan Tou Reservoir, the Hu Tou Lake,the Nan Hua Reservoir.the Yu Shan National Park, and the Sourthem Cross-Island Highway.
   

Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm is so enchanting that the Tourism Bureau ranked it as the resort center to go to when you are on the provincial Road Route 84. With the efforts of the Tainan County Farmers' Association, it has been develop into an ideal recreational plantation and conference center. Recently, new events (such as agri-touism, culture festivals, etc.) have been added to the attractions at the farm. These events are the new symbols of a modem world-class leisure resort.
   

This 120 hectare farm contains 40 hectares New Zealand style pastureland. It is so green, soide, and so splendid making it unique in all of Taiwan. Step by step, section by section, it has taken many years for this well-designed resort to developed. The resort has more than 30 amusement and recreational facilities offering many services, such as sightseeing, swimming pool, outdoor performance(Tue.-Sun.), golf, agriculture museum, camping, conference rooms, etc. These various functions make it the perfect resort for a one-day visit or a long-term vacation.
